Our convention center's 100,800 square feet of column-free exhibit space is divisible into three sections that can accommodate a wide variety of floorplans. With halls featuring 35-foot ceilings, dedicated docks, electric in the floor, and drive-in access, logistics are a breeze for show producers, exhibitors, and production companies. Additionally, our 17,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom features advanced lighting controls and 24-foot ceilings, providing space for up to 1,000 guests or 5 simultaneous meetings. To accommodate break-out space, we offer 17 meeting rooms spanning across two levels. The glass-enclosed Hall of Fame functions as multi-use space, a registration area, exhibits, as well as a location for spacious receptions and special events. The 30,000-square-foot Events Plaza is ideal for a convention themed event, team building exercise, oyster roast, or a barbecue.

Our 250,000 sq. ft convention center is one of the largest on the East coast, and our exhibit hall is 100,800 square-foot, column-free and is divisible into three sections. Exhibit Hall C features telescopic seating for 2,500 plus making it ideal for general sessions and large assemblies. Thirty-five foot ceilings in the exhibit hall can accommodate most any exhibit or production company's needs. Eleven dedicated docks and drive in access to each hall. Meanwhile, our 17,000-square-foot ballroom is a showcase of design and functionality, hosting spectacular catered presentations running the gamut from breakfasts to seven-course extravaganzas. Whatever your agenda, our ballroom's flexibility and beauty breaks the old rules of how convention center ballrooms should be.
Additionally, there are 17 functional meeting rooms for breakout sessions for up to 200 people theater seating. Our lush 30,000 square-foot Events Plaza landscape is a unique space great for receptions, oyster roasts, barbecues and other outdoor activities. The 402-room Sheraton Myrtle Beach Hotel is adjacent making everything under one roof.

The Myrtle Beach Convention Center's utility features include: wireless Internet access, electricity, cable, telecommunications, and water every 30 feet throughout our exhibit halls. Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) lines can be provided throughout our facility. Our "Green Initiative" is comprised of recycle bins and occupancy motion sensors. The bins are clearly labeled to recycle paper, plastics, and aluminum. Our occupancy motion sensors are designed to turn lights off in meeting rooms, ballrooms, and restrooms when there is no movement within 30 minutes. We also offer 1,400 on-site parking, with center's security staff and monitors keep our facility safe 24 hours a day.

Understanding that an affordable meeting destination is just as important as accessibility, we are located only three miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and about 70 miles from Interstate 95.
